Working From the Library

The library is full of weirdos. I saw a guy check all the vending machine coin returns for change. Only a crazy person thinks you can buy something for a nickel these days. The entire time he muttered to himself oh so quietly. NOTE: You can be daft and polite to fellow book lovers simultaneously.

I switched my seat three times before unpacking, which is not crazy library behavior at all because I now have the best carrel in the place — window view, power outlet, end of the hallway, heat register and a waste paper basket with an unused trash liner.

Today’s lunch is a baloney sandwich. I wish I had some Fritos.
